JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Summary

As Producer of Astro Design+Motion, you will manage production & delivery of jobs in Astro Design+Motion. Your focus will be client management, business terms, setting up workflow to complete jobs, and business planning, working with the Head of Astro Design+Motion. You will lead client facing for Astro Design+Motion (both internal & external clients), ensuring the design team can focus fully on th≠eir creative duties.

As Astro Design+Motion evolves from designing static digital backdrops to immersive virtual environments on the Unreal Engine platform, you will work together with the Head to harness & optimise the creative potential of the team. You will also explore expansion & execution of new services (e.g. animation) together with the Head, and how the team can accomplish them.

The guiding principle is to help establish Astro Studio/Astro as a premier service provider in the domestic & international media industry, working with the rest of APSB, and embracing an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Project manage & coordinate all internal & external client jobs to completion, on-budget & on-time. Build rapport with stakeholders to secure project requirement, agreement & confidence. Closely support & work with other team members to ensure successful & efficient delivery of client jobs. Develop client proposals & quotes at Astro Design+Motion. Prepare & execute project pitches at Astro Design+Motion. Plan & monitor job budgets under your care. Stakeholder management: Ensure client & management’s expectations are met in each project. Assist Head of Astro Design+Motion in daily/ad-hoc assigned tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Producer in varied media production, of which minimum 1 years’ experience in supervisory role. Knowledge and/or experience in post-production, production, content creation and/or graphic design is a plus.
