Producer - Midcore game

This position is Paris-based, with relocation support available.

You will be an integral part of an established internal studio, a dynamic and focused team dedicated to one of our most promising prototype in scale. This studio is specifically chartered to improve this high-potential game up to the successful and market-ready title it is meant to become. 

In this exciting role, your initial focus will be on Castle Busters, a game that has already demonstrated significant promise with its compelling core mechanics and engaging gameplay. You'll have the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and refinement of the game, to continue building a truly exceptional player experience. This is a unique chance to join a project with established momentum while still having a significant impact on its future direction within a dedicated and agile studio environment.

We’re seeking a talented Producer who is deeply passionate about games and laser-focused on creating the next big hit. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering fun to millions of players. As one of the driving force behind the game's success, you'll ensure the game reaches the highest standards of quality and innovation.

1. Project management & Planning:

• Define scope and create schedules

• Drive resource allocation in the studio

• Track progress and mitigate risks

2. Product quality & vision:

• Champion the game vision

• Oversee QA for quality

• Provide feedback on gameplay and player experience

3. Production process & Optimization:

• Establish and refine development workflows

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks

• Implement best practices

• Master's degree from a top engineering or business school (Programme Grande Ecole).

• 1-2 years experience in video games, consulting, strategy, or operations.

• Strong communicator, able to synthesise complex information for various stakeholders.

• Entrepreneurial spirit: Resilient, with the energy to navigate challenges and motivate the team through highs and lows.

• Fluent in English and French.
