The New Producer Technical Mentor is a dedicated resource for new Employee Benefits producers, combining hands-on technical mentorship with cross-departmental guidance to accelerate producer ramp-up and long-term success. This is not a sales role — it is a people-development role for a seasoned EB professional who has mastered the craft and is ready to multiply their impact through others. Formal training is delivered through Higg U; this role complements that curriculum by translating classroom learning into real-world application, coaching producers through plan design, carrier strategy, and the technical mechanics of the sale, while also connecting them to the right people, tools, and workflows across the organization. In partnership with Regional Sales Directors, Office Leaders, and Account Management teams, this role ensures new producers understand market dynamics, technical fundamentals, and business development expectations from Day One — laying a strong foundation for retention and growth.
