Disney Digital Entertainment is looking for a Producer I to join us on an ambitious and exciting project. This is a remote opportunity and will report to the Executive Producer.
What You Will Do:
Assist with the day-to-day production operations of a cross-functional team to bring interactive experiences to life
Help to maintain and track the feature team's schedule using project management tools
Support the team in organizing key rituals such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and playtests
Escalate blockers and keep production leadership aware of potential issues
Serve as a key asset within the development team, providing crucial support and organizational assistance
Champion the production vision for the project within Disney
Coordinate with internal partners across Disney, Pixar, 20th Century, Lucasfilm, and Marvel to manage asset and brand approvals
Assist the production team with other tasks as necessary
Required Qualifications And Skills:
3 years of experience specifically in product development/production of Console/Mobile/PC games or other entertainment Are flexible, adaptable and a team player
Can build strong relationships with team members
Have had some involvement in the creation and release of a successful AAA live-operated game in a production role
Enjoy creative problem solving, working through unique development challenges, and building something new and innovative
Love learning new things, are calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Basic knowledge of Jira, Excel, Confluence, Airtable and other asset management software
Contributed to at least one mobile, console, and/or PC games with live operations components
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
