About the Role

The role requires someone who takes charge and can make the hard calls. Producers at MrBeast are creative first problem solvers who are obsessed with finding the answers. We’re looking for go getters who are down to build and learn our marketing team. If you want to turn ideas into reality in a branded space, this is the role for you!

Our ideal candidate, above all else, will need to be adaptable and nimble. Our priorities and deadlines can be changed at a moment’s notice, and we need team players to roll with the punches. They would also have experience establishing a brand voice and presence in the social media world.

 What you’ll be doing: 

• Overseeing all productions aspects of a specific brand, ensuring content aligns with the voice and feel of the brand
• Collaborating with creatives on your team to understand feasibility of bits and scenes
• Working with the team to prioritize tasks needed to execute bits and scenes 
• Researching hard to find people, locations, and props 
• Negotiation with vendors, locations and any other big components for a video
• Working with the team with day to day tasks for the overall video
• Pitching options and visuals to creative

• Understand how to think creative first, production second 
• Heavily organized with excellent communication skills
• Leadership qualities, not just management practices
• Previous experience in branded content and marketing
• Previous experience managing budgets and social media campaigns
• Previous experience working in branded video production
