We are seeking an onsite experienced Producer to join our Advertising team, at Company 3 UK Studios for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITITES:
- Clarify client delivery specs and colour space in advance of projects
- Maintain open communication with the team, Data Lab, Operational & Engineering support
- Project management, scheduling and tracking from bid through to delivery co-ordination
- Co-ordinate virtual sessions liaising with other locations
- Maintain supporting documentation for workflows or new camera formats
- Liaison with other offices on a regular basis
- Keep an eye out for new talent
- Liaison with editorial internal and external
- Maintaining best practices for content security and client confidentiality
- Experience of working on and in advertising
- Understanding of the post-production workflow
- Understanding of colour space and formats
- Excellent work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm in a fast-paced work environment

- Standard 40-hour work week, Monday – Friday. However, due to the nature of the role, some weekends and public holiday working maybe required
