How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

ALLEX Program - Our European Graduate Program
The Air Liquide Leading EXcellence (ALLEX) Program is Air Liquide's international graduate program for talented and ambitious fresh graduates from all over Europe.
By participating in this program, you will have the opportunity to kick start your career by making an important contribution to your team and developing your skills on a professional and personal level.
As an ALLEX participant you will:
Hold a permanent position with responsibilities
Develop yourself through a 6-month international assignment within Europe after 18 months in your initial role. You will discover another business area, activities, country and working environment of Air Liquide.
Benefit from an international network: through physical and virtual events, development programs and mentoring.

Are you ready to sit at the intersection of Sales, Operations, and Finance?
As a Product Manager for Bulk & On-site (BOS), you will do more than manage a portfolio; you will help define the end-to-end (E2E) vision for products central to Air Liquide’s integrated business model, including Oxygen, Nitrogen, Hydrogen, CO2, and Argon.
This role is designed as an exceptional growth opportunity entry point for a high-potential graduate. You will serve as the "bridge" connecting our commercial ambitions with our industrial capabilities, ensuring that our assets and sales roadmaps work in perfect harmony to drive profitability while accelerating Air Liquide's transition toward a sustainable industrial future.
You will thrive in a culture of collective intelligence, where your growth is accelerated by dedicated mentorship by a senior and the wider PM team, and a supportive peer network as you will integrate the Air Liquide Group graduate program (ALLEX program).

In this role, your responsibilities will span from deep-dive data modeling to high-level strategic coordination:

  • Strategic Vision: You will co-lead regional ecosystem reviews by conducting SWOT analyses and 10-year scenario planning. You’ll map future supply/demand balances to influence high-level investment decisions.

  • Data Modeling & Analytics: You will build and maintain the foundation of our strategy—using tools like PowerBI, Google Sheets, and AI to convert local operational data into clear volume and capacity projections.

  • Profitability Coordinator: You will monitor commercial KPIs (Gross Margin % and M€) and work with pricing teams to optimize asset loading and develop tactical recommendations for sales teams.

  • Crisis Leadership Support: Working alongside a senior Product Manager, you will help coordinate national task forces during product shortages, ensuring supply continuity and clear communication with General Management.

  • Innovation & Compliance: You will manage the product catalog, ensuring our technical offerings meet evolving environmental regulations and market needs.

  • Transversal Collaboration: You will act as the "glue" between Marketing, Industrial Direction, Operations Control, and Sales teams across South West Europe to align strategies and gather insights.
