【Key Responsibilities】
- Assist in planning and tracking manufacturing projects, including TPM, automation, and process improvement
- Propose and consolidate business reports, proposals, and executive presentations
- Participate in and document meetings conducted in Mandarin, English, and Japanese
- Analyze critical metrics for manufacturing on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Coordinate the Director’s schedule and host internal/external visitors, including Japanese guests
- Perform other duties as assigned
【Qualifications】
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business, International Trade, or related fields
- Proficient in Mandarin, English (TOEIC 800+), and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
- Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel (pivot tables, charts), and Google Workspace
- Strong in project management, logical thinking, communication, and self-organization
【Preferred Qualifications】
- Certified in PMP, Scrum Master, or other project frameworks
- Experience in manufacturing, Japanese companies, or executive support
- Familiar with TPM, industrial engineering concepts, or manufacturing performance reporting
