We are looking for a Procurement Trainee to join our team!
Responsibilities - your mission
Important information:
- 9 months internship (starts on September 2025, ends on June 2026)
- Full time position (40 hours per week)
- 1050€ monthly + meal allowance + Hybrid allowance
As an intern in Procurement at Airbus your tasks may be related with:
Support Control Supplier Process in identifying and mitigating risks associated to Supplier surveillance and Compliance
Contribute to Control Supplier procedural documentation maintenance (document update, Means of Compliance review and update when necessary) and Process Performance Indicators creation and maintenance
Contribute to Supply Chain Quality Managers Support activity
Contribute to knowledge management by proposing new items to be added to existing FAQ or Chatbot
Daily support to Operations (Internal requestors, Captains in Plant and Final Assembly Lines) with regards to management of Aircraft related subcontracted activities
Sourcing Team:
Supporting the Sourcing department of Airbus (support buyers in the Call for Tender processes);
Understanding the Procure to Pay (P2P) process from Sourcing until Purchase Order placement, assisting the supply offices in their tasks;
Assisting in Non-disclosure agreement negotiation, assisting in offer evaluation from suppliers, shadow supplier’s negotiation, assisting in contract management and negotiation;
Invoices troubleshooting;
Supporting the documentation of the processes;
Support the placement of purchase requests
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
Recent graduates, bachelor students (from the 2nd year onwards) and mastering students;
A degree completed or in course in Business, Engineering or a related field
Attention to detail and accuracy;
Integrity;
Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work with all organizational level, stakeholder management
Language: English - Advanced level
Another European language is a plus
