Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Support category manager professionals to deliver sourcing strategy/plan.
- Perform clerical tasks as directed by others to support various procurement activities.
- Perform simple, routine, and repetitive tasks under close supervision and within well-established procedures to support the consolidation of information and reporting to inform procurement.
- Provide assistance, as directed by others, in the preparation of reports on relevant facts, figures, findings, written project proposals, analytical reports, and presentations.
- Develop know-how of applied practice, concepts, and processes in one procurement discipline.
- Participate in recommended training and development programs.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Good communication skills - both verbally and in writing.
- Good collaborative skills across stakeholders/team members.
- Proficiency in MS tools - Excel, PowerPoint.
- Any experience with the Ariba tool would be an advantage
- Communicative English
- Ability to work 20 hours per week
