We are looking for a motivated student who could work 20 hours per week to carry out day to day tasks following close supervision and regular quality review. To follow basic tasks and develop know-how of applied practices to
set processes with regular competency, accuracy and reliability.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Support category manager professionals to deliver sourcing strategy/plan.
• Perform clerical tasks as directed by others to support various procurement activities.
• Perform simple, routine, and repetitive tasks under close supervision and within well-established procedures to support the consolidation of information and reporting to inform procurement.
• Provide assistance, as directed by others, in the preparation of reports on relevant facts, figures, findings, written project proposals, analytical reports, and presentations.
• Develop know-how of applied practice, concepts, and processes in one procurement discipline.
• Participate in recommended training and development programs.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Good communication skills - both verbally and in writing.
• Good collaborative skills across stakeholders/team members.
• Proficiency in MS tools - Excel, PowerPoint.
• Any experience with the Ariba tool would be an advantage
• Communicative English
• Ability to work 20 hours per week
