Position Related:

We’re looking for DevOps Expert Coupa having responsibility for the development and operation of the Coupa according to the best practices and customers’ expectations. This position requires to be familiar with DevOps way of work as per agile practices.

Goals

Telenor is using cloud based spend management solution known as “Coupa” covering the sourcing & purchasing services. This is global solution and integrated with other cloud-based ERPs. As a DevOps expert you will be working closely with Coupa Squad members along with customers to support their day to day operational & development activities.

• Evaluate and standardize solution based on different requirements across Telenor Business Units in the area of Sourcing, Contract, Procurement and Supply Chain Management

• Working in DevOps environment to provide support for the delivered components.

• Responsible for providing support to different projects for implementing of S2P processes like sourcing, supplier management, catalogue management and Item management etc.

• Responsible for delivering on KPIs in Service Level Agreement (SLA) and report on performance as agreed with customers

Your Typical day at work

1. Maintain knowledge on Coupa functionalities and integration logic.

2. Analyze new requirements provided in change forum on a functional aspect and provide solutions aligned with global design.

3. Provide solutions to reporting requirements, custom fields maintenance.

4. Support project teams during project executions by ensuring that solutions provided by the team are aligned with the global design roadmap,

5. Explore Coupa new functionalities or not yet adopted functionalities.

6. Test new releases on a functional perspective.

7. Participate in various forums and assist as subject matter expert on process and application capabilities.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT/Finance/Computer Sciences or similar along with functional overview of Financials/SCM processes.

• Degree in Finance/ CA / ACCA is also accepted provided with relevant experience of ERP implementation.

Work experience:

• uccessful ERP implementation including the S2P/SCM solutions.

• Have 4+ years of experience covering process design, system configuration, testing, development specification and end user training.

• Relevant certification/subject to experience in the tool and technology
