Scope of Services: The Procurement Systems Analyst
for PALM Readiness position will be responsible for remediation tasks for the Procurement
Development Application (PDA), Consultant Evaluation (CE) Application and the
Professional Prequalification Application (PPQ) due to the implementation of
the Florida Planning, Accounting, and Ledger Management (PALM) system. Tasks
will include developing designs and functional specifications for Procurement
applications related to PALM remediation and making modifications to
Procurement applications for PALM remediation.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science,
Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of systems
analysis/programming experience.
Primary Job Duties/Tasks:
1. Provide code remediation for PALM impacted
Procurement Applications
2. Work with a team to implement technology
solutions for the FDOT Procurement Office related to PALM impacts
3. Communicate with stakeholders and partners such
the FDOT Office of Information Technology
Job Specific Knowledge Skills and Abilities: SQL, SQL
Server Management Studio, Azure SQL, C#, .NET, DevOps, Azure Cloud.
