In the frame of this transformation SW & Services Segment is looking for a Category Manager for C62 dealing with EGSE & Test services Solutions for all TAS CC and BL in France, Italy, Belgium, Spain, UK..
Leading the business related to CC you will also interface with Thales Group coordinating the overall C62 activities in relation with TAS SW&S Director and in contact with Thales GCM
You will contribute to the achievement of Procurement targets interfacing with Domain and suppliers.
Your main missions will consist in :
1) Sourcing, selecting and contracting with suppliers :
- Analyse business needs and challenge demands;
- Manage the Acquisition Process in accordance with product strategy till contract signature ;
- Negotiate and implement contracts as per TAS Terms & Conditions or Customer Contract flow down when mandatory;
2) Define the category strategy in collaboration with Global Category Manager
3) Contribute and interface with GCM for MYB, offsets, strategies
4) Contribute to Competitiveness & Offset Plans of the segment;
5) Define and management supplier risk mitigation plans
6) Manage relationship with key suppliers of the Domain :
- Being procurement lead with supplier
- Leading Supplier Business Reviews.
7) Interface with Domain & PPM for business intimacy and provide added value
Requirements:
- Technical experience in SW defined ground subsystems for Navigation domain ;
- International negotiations for Institutional businesses ;
- Experience in supplier management
- Experience in building long term partnership with strategic suppliers implementing contractual agreement or Framework order
- Experience in risk management
- Procurement experience of SW defined solutions with negotiation of Intellectual Properties Rights ;
- Predisposition to work within an international team with availability to travel (short duration) ;
- Business oriented;
- Curiosity for new businesses ;
- Organized, proactive and rigourous with management of priorities and task monitoring ;
- Able to challenge legacy situations promoting and supporting new solutions ;
- Able to influence stakeholders ;
- Able to run market analysis and associated risks, threats and opportunities ;
