The PositionProcurement Supervisor

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including PR review, supplier quotation comparison, price negotiation, PO issuance, and delivery follow-up.
  • Source, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Ensure accurate Goods Receipt (GR) in accordance with purchase orders, including quantity and quality verification.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock counting (Cycle Count / Physical Count).
  • Plan and maintain optimal inventory levels (Min-Max Stock) to support production and prevent stock shortages.
  • Manage purchasing contracts and related documentation, including contract renewals.
  • Ensure procurement and warehouse activities comply with ISO standards and company policies.
  • Lead the Procurement and Store teams while coordinating effectively with cross-functional departments.
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Procurement and Warehouse/Inventory Management.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and collaborate across departments.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure.
