The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $90,750.00 to $120,000.00 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:What You Will do in This Role:
Develop and communicate category strategies for the Robotics and Automation catgories.
Identify and maintain reliable sources of supply to meet quality, service, and cost goals
Negotiate agreements using market analysis and scenario planning to achieve favorable outcomes
Work with internal teams to coordinate negotiation strategies and deliver meaningful results
Build risk assessments and mitigation plans to prevent supply disruptions and respond quickly when challenges arise
Review and provide input on contract terms, pricing, and delivery requirements
Build cost models and analyze market trends to understand pricing and supply chain impacts
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or a related field
8+ years of regional or global procurement experience
Experience in project-based procurement or managing integrated automated technology and software is a plus
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and lead
Advanced quantitative, cost modeling, and data analysis capabilities
Ability to operate independently in a global, matrixed environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
