The Role
Job Description
Sourcing & Procurement:• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for MRO categories, including spare parts, tools, consumables, and services.• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, service, and reliability.• Manage tenders in compliance with company policies.• Optimize procurement processes to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
Supplier Management & Negotiation:• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure performance, reliability, and innovation.• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to achieve the best value for the company.• Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual agreements.• Work with suppliers to resolve delivery, quality, or service issues.
Compliance & Risk Management:• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.• Identify and mitigate risks related to supplier performance, price volatility, and supply chain disruptions.
