Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Procurement, you will support procurement operations through data analysis, transaction processing, and cross-functional collaboration. You will contribute to process improvement initiatives while developing expertise in procurement systems, market dynamics, and supply chain processes.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
Run scheduled reports and provide analytics to support procurement and business decision-making
Manage procurement master data in our ERP system (SAP) and forecasting system (Right Angle) to drive process efficiency and data integrity
Owns end-to-end spend management for a defined packaging category, including managing contracts, driving cost, supply, and supplier strategy outcomes.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build strong working relationships and support business needs
Support process improvement initiatives, including documenting workflows and identifying optimization opportunities
Provide research and analytical support for issue resolution and ad hoc projects
Develop knowledge of SAP Material Requirements Planning processes and related data structures
Build understanding of market dynamics, cost drivers, and supply chain impacts
Learn company facilities, capabilities, and operational constraints to support procurement strategies
Ingredients Required for Your Success
Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years of procurement/strategic sourcing and/or packaging experience
ERP (SAP) experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills such as pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis
Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and conflict management skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process optimization
Demonstrated capability to analyze and resolve complex or ambiguous situations
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Ability to travel up to 20%

Compensation
Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
