The Role
The Procurement Specialist processes purchase requests, places orders, maintains stock, manages data, resolves delivery issues, and ensures compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • · Process purchase requests received from internal stakeholders (mainly operations and managers)

  • · Place orders with approved or selected suppliers and follow up on delivery status

  • · Ensure required materials (e.g. workwear, tools, office supplies) are available for daily operations

  • · Maintain basic overview of selected consumables (e.g. workwear) in cooperation with HR

  • · Record deliveries and maintain purchasing data in the system (e.g. SAP / Oracle)

  • · Verify invoices against purchase orders and report discrepancies if needed

  • · Resolve delivery issues and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely supply

  • · Ensure all purchases follow internal approval processes and company policies

What We’re Looking For
  • Secondary education required; degree in logistics, business, or a related field is an advantage

  • Basic understanding of purchasing or logistics processes

  • Experience in purchasing, logistics, or administrative support roles

  • Experience in a warehouse or operational environment is an advantage

  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple purchase requests

  • Attention to detail, especially when working with orders and invoices

  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers

  • Basic problem-solving skills to handle delivery or supply issues
