About the Role
As a Procurement Specialist, you will support the delivery of efficient, compliant, and cost-effective procurement activities across the business. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing suppliers and conducting tender activities to issuing purchase orders and maintaining vendor records.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, Finance, and external partners, you will help ensure that goods and services are procured in line with business requirements, budgets, company policies, and applicable regulations. This position also plays an important role in strengthening supplier partnerships, supporting contract management activities, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
How You Will Contribute
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering, supplier evaluation, and purchase order management, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support business needs, service quality, and value-driven purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate the procurement of goods and services, ensuring purchases meet business requirements, agreed specifications, budgets, and delivery expectations.
• Monitor supplier performance, maintain vendor records and compliance documentation, and support contract administration and supplier reviews.
• Partner with Finance and other business functions to ensure accurate processing of purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and procurement records.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, optimize costs, and support continuous business improvement initiatives.
• Provide procurement expertise and support across the organization while contributing to the achievement of departmental and business objectives.
What You Will Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, tendering, supplier management, contract administration, and purchase order management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate supplier proposals and purchasing data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external suppliers.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
