Job SummaryThe Procurement Specialist, Sourcing drives strategic sourcing and supplier negotiation at ServiceTitan. This role owns competitive sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and supplier relationships to maximize value across the supplier base.Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end RFI/RFP/RFQ events for SaaS, cloud services, professional services, and indirect spend
- Own supplier negotiations from strategy through executed agreement to drive total realized value on pricing, terms, and SLAs
- Proactively review requisitions to identify cost savings opportunities before commitments are made
- Negotiate renewal terms targeting elimination of auto-renewal clauses and capped annual price uplift
- Partner with Legal on redlines, risk escalations, and non-standard contract terms
- Serve as strategic point of contact for key suppliers; conduct periodic performance reviews against defined KPIs
- Support vendor onboarding, due diligence, and compliance screening with Legal, InfoSec, and Finance
- Manage the procurement intake queue; triage and prioritize sourcing requests from business partners
- Advise stakeholders on procurement policy, sourcing strategy, and approved vendor channels
- Monitor Workday dashboards for open requisitions, renewal alerts, and supplier support opportunities
- Contribute to P2P automation initiatives
- Track and report savings, cost avoidance, and sourcing cycle time metrics monthly and quarterly
- Other tasks and responsibilities as required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or equivalent
- 3–5 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, preferably at an enterprise software or SaaS company
- Proven track record running competitive sourcing events and negotiating technology or services contracts with measurable savings outcomes
- Experience with a P2P platform (Workday, Omnea, or equivalent preferred)
- Proficient with G-Suite, Excel, Slack
- Familiarity with contract concepts: MSAs, order forms, DPAs, SLAs, T&Cs
- CLM tool experience (Ironclad) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills; excellent written and verbal communication in English mandatory; able to present to senior stakeholders
- Comfortable operating across time zones in support of a US-headquartered company
Skills Required
