We’re looking for a Procurement Sourcing Support Senior Analyst to join our Procurement COE team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to support global sourcing and contracting events in the low impact stream of Manulife’s indirect spend categories including but not limited to, Marketing, Real Estate, IT, (either or all of Hardware, Software, SaaS, Telecom) HR, Office Supplies, Business Print and Professional Services.

Position Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure the best pricing and quality of goods and services.
Assess and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations.
Assign intake requests, ensuring turnaround time is within 24 hours from submitted date.
Gather necessary information to complete the initial assessment prior to endorsement to VGM review.
Manage both contract and sourcing request types that are within the self-serve threshold (up to USD50K) for all Asia markets.
Sourcing Support: Support in managing intake volume under OST threshold for both mature and emerging markets.
Contract uploading: Support in managing non-compliant contract uploading for net new requirement, termination and amendment in Ivalua.
Complete the contract header creation up to contract signed status.
Contract Review: Conduct contract reviews for stable deals only up to USD50K threshold when the PO lite contract is not accepted by the vendor.
Conduct negotiations if deemed necessary.
Collaborate with the BU and onshore partners whenever necessary to address issues and concerns.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year business course, preferably in Business, Finance or Management Information Systems
Background in Procurement or supply chain is an advantage.
Familiarity with Procurement or Finance applications and systems, databases and reporting tools.
Highly engaged with strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented attitude to stakeholders and customers
Strong multitasking skills with an aptitude to make the right decision on competing priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication (written and spoken) and problem-solving capability
Attentive to details and quality, well-organized, innovative and result driven
Self-starter with high level of initiative
Exercises good judgment, highly analytical
Operates in a professional and ethical manner with customers and vendors
Familiarity with Project Management application
Strong PC skills and proficiency with MS excel, Word, Access and procurement systems
The position is based in Quezon City
