Responsibilities
- Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct market research, and analyze procurement data.
- Contract Management: Negotiate, administer, and maintain contracts with suppliers.
- Purchase Order Management: Create, share for approval, and manage purchase orders.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Cost Management: Analyze and optimize procurement costs.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure purchased goods and services meet quality standards.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks.
- Compliance: Ensure procurement processes comply with organizational policies, laws, and regulations.
- Reporting: Provide procurement metrics and insights to stakeholders.
- Vendor creation: Has to handle vendor creation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of procurement software and technology.
