As a Marine Procurement Project Manager, you will work closely with technical stakeholders, commercial stakeholders, external partners, and colleagues internally in Ocean Asset Partnerships. You will be responsible for ensuring that our strategic projects run as planned, according to deadlines, and meet the right quality and cost standards. At the same time, you will oversee various procurement tools and processes spanning across Ocean Asset Partnerships.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing all communication with external parties regarding project implementation.
- Collecting and coordinating all relevant input and materials for newbuilding project execution and between the projects.
- Preserving and enhancing our records/data for all newbuilding projects.
- Aligning with stakeholders on project scope, planning, and implementation within our newbuilding area, and plan and facilitate needed meetings.
You will also have responsibility for cross-team objectives, activities, and processes in OAP:
- Successfully implementing non-category-specific processes in Ocean Asset Partnerships (OAP), such as savings processes, contract implementation, e-sourcing tools, etc.
- Facilitating Business Plan and Category Strategies.
- Aligning templates and tools commonly used in the Supply Chain teams, Category Management teams, and Container Sales (RFI templates, TCO models, supplier materials, etc.).
Requirements:
- 5 years experience in Procurement or Supply Chain with proven experience in project management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong understanding of procurement or supply chain
