The Procurement Process Lead is responsible for driving operational efficiency, process optimization, and compliance across the procurement function. This role ensures the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of best-in-class procurement practices, supporting digital transformation, performance measurement, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance sourcing effectiveness and business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance.

• Develop, maintain, and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and process documentation.

• Lead procurement digitalization and system deployment (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba), including process automation and integration.

• Define and track procurement performance KPIs; build dashboards and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.

• Manage procurement audit readiness and uphold internal controls in accordance with corporate and regulatory standards.

• Train and support procurement teams on systems, processes, and policy compliance.

• Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

• Serve as a Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE), promoting best practices across global procurement teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., finance, legal, IT, business units) to align processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• 3 - 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations.

• Hands-on experience with procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Oracle) and process improvement tools.

• Strong analytical skills, project leadership, and ability to manage change in a dynamic environment.

• Knowledge of procurement compliance standards (e.g., SOX, FCPA) and policy frameworks
