The Procurement Process Lead is responsible for driving operational efficiency, process optimization, and compliance across the procurement function. This role ensures the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of best-in-class procurement practices, supporting digital transformation, performance measurement, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance sourcing effectiveness and business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and optimize end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance.
Develop, maintain, and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and process documentation.
Lead procurement digitalization and system deployment (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba), including process automation and integration.
Define and track procurement performance KPIs; build dashboards and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.
Manage procurement audit readiness and uphold internal controls in accordance with corporate and regulatory standards.
Train and support procurement teams on systems, processes, and policy compliance.
Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Serve as a Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE), promoting best practices across global procurement teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., finance, legal, IT, business units) to align processes and systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
3 - 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
Hands-on experience with procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Oracle) and process improvement tools.
Strong analytical skills, project leadership, and ability to manage change in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of procurement compliance standards (e.g., SOX, FCPA) and policy frameworks
