Where You’ll Make a Difference
Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor procurement process performance.
Track key metrics such as cycle time, compliance, and process efficiency.
Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Support capability owners with data to inform process redesign and automation.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of procurement data.
Collaborate with MDM and IT teams to uphold data standards and resolve issues.
Standardize reporting templates and maintain documentation for recurring reports.
Provide ad hoc analysis to support operational and strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with Procurement Leadership, Category, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or any other relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience procurement analytics or business intelligence.
Advanced understanding of data models for data warehousing/database design.
Proven track record analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and presenting facts for decision making managers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced programming knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus.
How Would You Stand Out?
Knowledge of Snowflake, Fabric, Celonis.
SAP experience is preferred.
Project management experience.
