- Management Reporting: Develop and deliver comprehensive Divisional-level reports that provide visibility into the firm's commercial effectiveness. Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of data to support strategic decision-making.
- Procurement Efficiency Improvements: Identify opportunities for enhancing procurement processes and implement strategies that optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Spend Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of spending patterns to uncover insights and trends. Provide detailed spend analytics to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analytical activities. Develop and maintain databases and systems for effective data management.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with procurement teams, finance, and other stakeholders to align analytical efforts with business goals. Foster strong relationships and drive collaboration across the organization.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of procurement activities. Monitor and report on these metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management with proven experience in procurement analytics, data analysis, and reporting, preferably in a corporate or investment banking environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Certification in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management is a plus.
