Job Summary :
Procurement Specialist will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities with the organization on Operational and Strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Procurement Management: Overseeing the procurement of materials and services for the Construction and Procurement departments.
- Purchase Requisition Handling: Receiving and discussing purchase requisitions to ensure full understanding of requirements.
- Vendor Search: Identifying suitable vendors.
- RFQ/RFP Management: Sending RFQs or RFPs and following up for quotations.
- Negotiation: Negotiating deals with sellers.
- Purchase Order Creation: Crafting purchase orders.
- Project Coordination:Ensuring deliveries meet project objectives in collaboration with the management team.
- Reporting: Providing regular order status reports to management.
- Logistics Coordination: Liaising for transport of goods and tracking orders for timely delivery.
- Quality Assessment: Coordinating with receivers to assess quality and escalate discrepancies.
- Inventory Management: Assisting the Construction department and A&I team in maintaining inventory levels regularly.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years’ experience in Procurement
Bachelors in business administration, Procurement / Supply Chain
Management, or similar field Fluent in English
