Key Responsibilities:
Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors as per project needs
Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules
Prepare purchase orders and ensure compliance with procurement procedures
Coordinate with project and site teams for material requirements
Track and expedite deliveries to ensure timely availability
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor evaluations
Ensure all materials/services meet technical specifications and quality standards
Liaise with finance for invoice verification and payment processing
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Engineering
Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience in industrial projects
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office and ERP/procurement software
Knowledge of local and international sourcing is an advantage
