We are seeking an energetic, growth-oriented, and creative leader to head our Procurement Team. As Procurement Manager, you will serve as a global strategic liaison—connecting stakeholders with purchasing needs to vendors eager to partner with our business. This role is critical to managing organizational spend, maximizing vendor value, and mitigating third-party risks while driving innovation in procurement practices. You will lead strategies to secure cost-effective deals, strengthen vendor partnerships, and continuously optimize the vendor base to support long-term growth. • Strategic Negotiation and Contract Management: Leverage strong negotiation skills to support functional leaders and lead negotiations when needed. Perform thorough contract reviews and cost analyses to maximize value from investments.
• Usage Optimization: Collaborate with IT to implement systems for monitoring utilization across the organization. Regularly review usage to align with actual needs, identifying opportunities to reduce costs by reallocating or terminating underutilized goods and services.
• Spend Analysis, Market Research, and Vendor Sourcing: Continuously scout for new vendors, geographies, and procurement channels, assessing direct purchases vs. channel options to ensure cost-efficiency and operational alignment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams worldwide to understand evolving requirements and ensure procurement strategies support these needs effectively.
• Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Maintain vigilant compliance with legal and regulatory standards, proactively managing risks associated with procurement.
