Job Purpose:
- Animate & build procurement strategy for manufacture related categories in The Chuan and HLM while ensuring pro-efficient collaboration with global procurement teams.
- Responsible for manufacture related category sourcing, negotiation, pitch process, contracting, performance review and supplier management.
- Contribute savings and cost avoidance without compromising quality and delivery timeline.
- Ensure compliance of procurement related processes, methods, and systems with procurement standards
- Contribute to the reporting process and analyze with respect to the procurement key performance indicators
- Contract management to secure Cooperate interests without law abuse.
- Being contact window for Global cooperation projects to demonstrate China professional procurement reputation
- Being ready to support critical programs along with cooperate business dynamic changing and development.
- Manager procurement data quality and reporting.
Qualifications / Experience/Skills:
- More than 6 years of procurement experience in manufacture related categories, well-trained in multinational company
- University bachelor or plus degree with fluent in written and verbal English
- Excellent presentation and analysis skills with PPT/excel, Power BI is nice to have
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills and proven project management capability
- Service and quality delivery mindset, and intensive experience within cross-functional coordination
- Strong ownership and quick learning ability.
