About the Role
We are seeking a Procurement Manager to join our global team. This is an individual contributor role with a pathway to transition into a people management position in the near future. This person will help us frame sourcing strategies, category management and data analytics for our company. You will be liaising between internal departments and suppliers, analyzing and comparing product samples, and negotiating procurement contracts on behalf of our company. The role will be work hybrid out of our San Francisco office, 3 days a week.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Prepare and issue Request for Information’s (RFI) , Request for Quotes (RFQ) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Analyze supplier quote responses performs cost and TCO analysis and provide data backed recommendations.
- Assist in building global sourcing strategies across direct and indirect procurement categories aligned with business objectives
- Perform a spend analysis by vendor, category and region to identify trends, opportunities and risks
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting using tools like Tableau and Excel
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment with procurement goals
- Help with supplier engagement, competitive bidding process and contract negotiations to drive value
- Support contract management processes in collaboration with legal and ensure supplier compliance
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, and Finance, or related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or procurement analytics across multiple categories

- Understanding of procurement processes and sourcing methodologies
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights
- Skilled in tools like Excel, Tableau, and procurement ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Proactive, detailed oriented, and highly organized with a passion for continuous improvement
- Self-starter with a collaborative attitude and a commitment to delivering results
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulatory compliance
Benefits & Compensation for U.S. Employees

- California: The salary range for this role is $119,050 to $150,000 a year.
