We expect you to have:

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Lead the procurement strategy for the categories under your responsibility, aligned with business priorities and corporate objectives.
  • Ensure the timely and competitive procurement of goods and services, guaranteeing the continuity of operations and CAPEX projects.
  • Act as a strategic partner to internal clients, understanding their needs and supporting the planning of their requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, digitization, and standardization of procurement processes.
  •  Lead and develop the team under your responsibility, fostering a culture of high performance.
  • Continuous improvement and process-driven mindset, Lean is a differential.

Education: Bachelor´s degree in business administration, engineering or a related field.

Experience: Purchasing Analyst (3-5 years) , Purchasing Coordinator (2-3 years), Purchasing Manager (2-3 years).

Stakeholder Management.

Knowledge and/or areas of expertise: Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. (Required) Procurement, imports, negotiations, and team leadership. Procurement of Capex services and knowledge of civil works contracting.

Excellent English and Spanish written and verbal communication.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or related field
  • Relevant procurement experience (Purchasing Analyst 3-5 years; Purchasing Coordinator 2-3 years; Purchasing Manager 2-3 years)
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
