Procurement Manager (m/f/d)

As we scale internationally, we’re looking for a Procurement Manager (m/f/d) to join our Operations team and support the growing complexity of our supply chain. In this role, you’ll report to the Head of Supply Chain and be responsible for sourcing and managing suppliers, optimising costs, and ensuring timely availability of our products.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers across Asia and Europe

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts while ensuring adherence to Yepoda’s quality standards

• Monitor purchase orders, lead times, and supplier performance to ensure timely production and delivery

• Lead cost optimisation initiatives without compromising product quality or availability

• Forecast demand trends and plan purchasing in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams

• Track supplier KPIs and drive continuous improvement

• Manage and improve the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process internally

• Work closely with the Logistics team to coordinate inbound shipments and warehouse operations

• Collaborate with Finance to align budgets, cash flow, and payment cycles

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management

• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Structured thinker with analytical capabilities and a hands-on mentality

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (e.g. start-up or consumer goods company)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with a good grasp of procurement tools and ERP systems

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Korean, German, or Polish is a plus

• A genuine interest in skincare and sustainable consumer products
