We are seeking a strategic professional to join our Procurement team as a Media Category Manager for the U.S. In this role, you will lead and support the development and execution of an annual procurement strategy for the Media Category, driving cost efficiencies, fostering supplier relationships, negotiating agreements, and ensuring the effective implementation of category management practices. This position requires a high degree of cross-functional collaboration, leadership, and the ability to influence key stakeholders to align procurement objectives with overall business goals.

Job Description
Major accountabilities:
- Support the development and lead the execution of a yearly purchasing strategy for the Media Category in the US.
- Delivering ambitious targets, comparing data against external high-performing organizations, and monitoring the accomplishment of objectives via KPIs.
- Master in managing data: from reporting Savings to pulling data for internal analysis, looking for minimizing and facilitating transactional work enable by AI / Automation and similar solutions.
- Identify and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to expedite Procurement projects.
- Lead contract negotiations and facilitate the establishment of contracts focused on downsizing total cost while maintaining specific quality and service standards. This includes ensuring supply reliability and tracking savings according to group protocols.
- Be the lead on the Media Procurement Team for the rollout and utilization of Procurement systems and tools in the US. This includes consistent tracking of savings and other Procurement KPIs based on group policies.
- Show expertise in identifying and consistently enhancing sourcing best practices, systems, and process alignment.
- Support the formulation and wrapping up of Procurement investment plans and budgets
Minimum Requirements:
- University/Advanced degree is required.
- Proven experience in Procurement. Desirable: Skills on Category Strategy Execution and Development + Stakeholder Management + SRM. Experience with Marketing and/or Media Categories is a plus.
- Proficiency in cross-functional collaborations and cross-cultural experiences.
- Effective execution of critical negotiations. Stakeholder and Supplier Management.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities. Expertise in conducting internal and external customer needs analysis and satisfaction studies.
- Sound project management skills. Fluent in communication.
- Proficiency in Finance Management and savings and spend tools such as Ariba
- Advanced English
