Job DescriptionThe Indirects Procurement Manager plays a crucial role in the procurement portfolio with the Sodexo Australia Supply Management team and sets the strategic direction for the Indirects Categories under management.
This role will execute procurement methodologies (source to contract) that realise the targets of Quality, Cost, Delivery, CSR & Customer Service in successfully completing the source to contract and performance management of suppliers (contract).
This role will undertake the leadership of Procurement projects during the BIDS and MOBILISATION stages, with the allocation of project management responsibilities for the allocated tenders.
This role will represent the Supply Management team's internal and external engagements, demonstrating professionalism and the highest level of integrity throughout all aspects of the procurement process.
Qualifications- Experience:
- Min. of 5-10 of experience in Procurement and/ or Supply Chain function
- Demonstrated experience of leading a range of procurement activities, ideally across construction, asset refurbishment and facilities management.
- Qualifications:
- Min., Degree in Business, preferable in Supply Chain Management/ Procurement
- Ideal., Post Graduate Qualifications.
