Outstanding in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices in procurement to challenge the status quo.
Strong at selling ideas to his/her business partners, internally and externally, translating these into effective proposals conveying value and communicating it accordingly.

Act as an entrepreneur, treats business as his/her own, sets trends and is willing to lead, follow or get out of the way.

Main Responsibilities
Value Delivery & Savings Leadership: Own and drive savings initiatives across buying, product logic, and strategic bets. Facilitate cross-functional workshops (e.g., 5S/F4G) to identify opportunities, ensure implementation, and manage reporting through digital platforms.
Commercial Negotiation & Contracting: Lead high-impact negotiations and quarterly price reviews to secure competitive pricing and enhance profitability. Oversee end-to-end contracting and ensure compliance with legal documentation (NDA, UPA, CTC/UPC, STC, SLA).
Strategic Price Forecasting: Lead the price forecasting process for Flexibles Packaging Indonesia. Collaborate with Finance and global procurement teams to analyze inflation drivers, identify mitigation strategies, and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
Supply Resilience & Risk Management: Support Procurement Operation Centre to develop and implement sourcing resilience strategies including buffer stock agreements, alternative sourcing, spec changes, and lead time/MOQ optimization.
Stakeholder Engagement & Innovation Support: Act as the procurement contact lead for Flexibles Packaging Indonesia, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders across operations and innovation projects.
Performance Reporting & Communication: Regularly present sourcing updates and strategic project progress to business leadership and cross-functional teams.
Candidate Criteria
7-10 years of experience in Procurement/Supply Chain
Proven track record in delivering capability in data analytics and its visualization, project management, and presentation.
Excellent communication skills.
Analytical skills.
Experience of Procurement processes is an advantage.
Good networking and relationship management skills.
