Responsibilities:
- Actively partake from sourcing to contracting activities that includes new vendor sourcing, onboarding, due diligence, negotiations, vendor management and contract management.
- Work with stakeholder to secure final signed off scope of works, requirements and budget estimates and develop a go to market strategy for relevant goods and services to secure the best outcomes in terms of price, quality and delivery with emphasis on TCO.
- Manage RFx activities, bid / quote evaluations, price negotiations and PO award.
- Responsible and accountable for procurement governance in line with Vertiv Organization Process Assets (OPA) and SOX compliance.
- Conduct periodical Vendor Performance reviews.
- Take part in internal and external audits.
- Develop and maintain yearly procurement savings budget and track savings against the budget monthly.
- Continuously improve procurement KPIs – i.e. savings, payment terms, and contract coverage
- Contribute to VOS (Vertiv Operating System) which is focused on process improvement through ideation and brainstorming.
- Oversight and approval of variations (both pricing and contractual) and ePR’s.
- Point of contact for all procurement advice to stakeholders in ANZ.
- Develop and establish procurement best practices for related project and act as a custodian of the procurement discipline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer
- Min 5 years’ experience in previous Procurement / Supply Chain / related roles with at least 2 years being in Procurement
- Strong experience in vendor management, procurement, estimation of pricing, contract management would be required
- Prior experience in similar industry would be an added advantage
- Familiar with ERP Systems
