Mission

Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear.

In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.

Role Overview

Neko Health exists to transform healthcare through the mass adoption of preventative healthcare, enabled by the right technology. The full-body scan is today's vehicle for that mission, not the destination. As Neko's UK clinic network continues to scale, this role is the second dedicated procurement and logistics hire for Clinic Operations, mirroring the equivalent role already approved for the US.

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Procurement and Logistics Specialist to support the daily procurement and logistics requirements of the Clinic Operations function in the United Kingdom. This is an entry-level procurement role designed to support the operational scaling of Neko Health's UK clinic network as new sites open. The role holder will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day ordering, supplier coordination, and logistics workflows supporting clinic consumables, supplies, and operational materials.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, scaling environment, contributing to and refining the foundational procurement processes already established for UK clinic operations.

This role is designed to grow with the business. As the UK clinic network scales, there is potential for the role holder to learn and expand responsibilities into category management, supplier relationship management, and contract management.

What You'll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months

  • Take ownership of daily procurement requirements for UK Clinic Operations, ensuring timely execution and resolution of purchase requests, purchase orders, and supplier queries.

  • Support all procurement and logistics activities related to clinic consumables, operational supplies, and facilities services, ensuring value for money, compliance, and service continuity.

  • Manage the end-to-end logistics workflow for clinic supplies, including import/export coordination, carrier management, storage, stock management and last-mile delivery to UK clinic sites liaising directly with our 3PL partner.

  • Raise and manage Purchase Orders in compliance with internal purchasing policies and approval levels.

  • Coordinate supplier onboarding and maintain up-to-date supplier records within the procurement system.

  • Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency as the UK clinic network scales.

  • Ensure the end-to-end procurement process runs efficiently and in compliance with internal controls and the UK regulatory environment.

  • Assist in monitoring and balancing workload across the procurement function, flagging bottlenecks and escalating issues as required.

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Clinic Operations, Finance, and the wider Procurement team (including the US Clinic Operations Specialist, for shared process learnings) to ensure alignment and transparency.

  • Support the preparation of procurement performance reports and KPIs.

  • Contribute to catalogue management and preferred supplier frameworks for clinic consumables.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or a related operational role.

  • Understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) workflows and operational procurement best practices.

  • Experience coordinating logistics and supply chain activities, ideally including domestic and international freight.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365. Experience with ERP systems (Business Central or equivalent) is advantageous.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Process-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
