Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Lead/Manager to drive strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiations, and procurement operations across multiple categories including IT, facilities, HR services, and corporate functions. The role will focus on delivering cost efficiencies, managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance, and supporting business stakeholders through effective procurement strategies.

The role will focus on delivering cost efficiencies, managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance, and supporting business stakeholders through effective procurement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage procurement across categories such as IT hardware/software, facilities management, travel, transport, HR services, employee insurance, office supplies, and corporate functions.
- Conduct vendor evaluations, compliance checks, and implement performance improvement plans where necessary.
Negotiation & Contract Management
- Lead commercial negotiations to secure favourable pricing and contract terms.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts in collaboration with legal and business stakeholders.
- Manage contract lifecycle activities including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
Procurement Operations & Governance
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes from requisition to payment.
- Ensure timely processing of purchase orders and procurement documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and audit requirements.
Cost Optimization & Analytics
- Drive cost-saving initiatives through strategic sourcing, spend analysis, and process optimization.
- Track procurement savings and key performance indicators.
- Maintain procurement records and support internal and external audits.
Qualifications & skills:
- Bachelor’s degree is min.
- 7+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and vendor management.
- Experience in strategic sourcing, contract management, and procurement operations.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and financial acumen with experience in spend analysis.
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or equivalent.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and lead procurement initiatives.
