Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Procurement

• • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project goals and organizational objectives
  • Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, from requisition to payment, across multiple projects
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential cost savings
  • Resolve procurement-related issues and conflicts as they arise

• Stakeholder management:

• • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop sourcing plans
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure supplier performance meets agreed-upon standards

• Process and Risk Management and compliance:

• • Conduct regular audits of procurement processes to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
  • Implement and maintain procurement best practices, including risk management and cost-saving initiatives
  • Required to conduct procurement on e-procurement tool.

• Team management:

• • Provide guidance and training to project teams on procurement policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement effectiveness

Qualifications:

• BE Civil
• 8+ years of experience in procurement, preferably within a project management environment
• Proven track record of successful procurement oversight and process improvement
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract law, and relevant regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office suite
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
