  • Develop analytical and technical skills by evaluating purchasing and operational data, including spending, pricing, usage, supplier performance, and cost trends.
  • Build business and problem-solving skills by investigating purchasing needs, evaluating options, and translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Make a meaningful impact by participating in a procurement or cost improvement project, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency or reduce costs, and presenting recommendations to leadership.
  • Understand what drives success by learning how purchasing decisions, supplier performance, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration contribute to business performance.
  • Grow professionally through ongoing coaching, feedback, and opportunities to work alongside experienced procurement and operations professionals.
  • Experience real-world manufacturing operations by visiting company facilities to understand how purchased materials and services support daily plant operations.
