The Procurement Intern will support the procurement team in sourcing, vendor management, and day-to-day purchasing activities. This role provides hands-on experience in supply chain operations, negotiation, and compliance with company procurement policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers.
- Support the preparation of Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.
- Collect and analyze supplier quotations to support decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier databases.
- Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with vendors to ensure timely receipt of goods/services.
- Support cost analysis and reporting for procurement activities.

- Assist in compliance checks with procurement policies and procedures.

- Must be a Chinese or mandarin Speaker.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
