The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $18.00 - $23.00 per hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:What We’re Looking For:

Tasks & Qualifications:
  • You must be a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.

  • Actively pursuing a Engineering, Finance, Business, Supply chain operations degree.

  • Currently a sophomore, junior, or senior.

  • Procurement process mapping to identify process inefficiencies, identify bottlenecks, and prepare groundwork for new Business Transformation initiative and AI support.

  •  Engage in project to identify future obsolete parts from vendors and work with suppliers, R&D and LSS operations to ensure alternative options for our Spares customers.

  • Design and build a centralized procurement dashboard that provides a comprehensive view of part-level information.

  • Integrate multiple data sources to create a single point of visibility for procurement teams.

  • Create a presentation summarizing findings, recommendations, and business impact.

  • Participate in various Future Talent Programming events, such as weekly professional development sessions, a team-based innovation challenge and endless development opportunities
