Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Procurement Intern to join our team. Attention to detail, perseverance, and negotiation skills are key for this position. If you also have a desire to learn and develop, this is your opportunity!

Key Responsibilities:

• Ticket Management: handling procurement-related tickets and resolving issues promptly. It includes maintaining accurate records of ticket status and ensuring proper follow-up.
• Sourcing New Suppliers: identifying and evaluating potential new suppliers through market research. This responsibility also includes establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effective supplies.
• Onboarding New Suppliers: facilitating the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met. It also involves assisting suppliers in understanding company policies and procedures.
• Participation in the Vetting Program: taking part in the program to assess supplier capabilities and reliability. This includes collaborating with the Legal team to make informed decisions about supplier selection.
• Process Documentation: documenting procurement processes and procedures. It includes maintaining standard procedures for procurement activities, and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in AI companies, and/or with strong knowledge about AI
• Knowledge of procurement software and tools.
• Understanding of contract management and negotiation.
