Job Description

Your role:

You will be part of our procurement team and will be responsible for day-to-day support of various projects and team initiatives within one of our diverse functions.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

• Identifying trends, spend analysis, research and benchmarking data to develop policies, procedures, and solutions to improve the effectiveness of programs.

• Analysis to identify process improvements or opportunities to automate processes.

• Assess and understand current approaches and identify gaps and areas of improvement.

• Assist with program outreach and presentations for internal and external stakeholders; specifically with the Procurement Digital transformation.

Experience you bring:

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree graduating between December 2025 and Summer 2026 with a minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale

• Excellent organization and communication skills, both verbal and written

• Detail-oriented

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work with diverse groups

• Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively and give presentations

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel, including macros and pivot tables

• Prior analytical experience a plus, including advanced knowledge of Excel, experience with PowerBI and/or Oracle
