- Assist in processing purchase requests (PR), purchase orders (PO), and procurement data in the system or spreadsheets.
- Maintain accurate and organized purchasing records to support procurement operations.
- Review vendor documents, including invoices and delivery orders, to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Support purchasing data analysis and prepare procurement reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure procurement documents are processed on time.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the end-to-end purchasing process.
- Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to manage and analyze data.
- Able to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to learn about procurement and purchasing processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Skills Required
