Procurement Indirect Specialist
The Procurement Indirect Specialist for Hispanics Countries will be responsible for leading the Indirect Procurement goods and services purchasing process in accordance with established policies and procedures for the following categories: MRO, Maintenance, Fees, Legal, and Other Logistics in the region. Ensuring compliance with the agreed conditions for the correct operation of the business and guaranteeing the best conditions for the Company. Provide support in the purchasing processes that the organization requires.
- Strategic and financial responsibility of Indirects categories, which includes MRO, Maintenance, Fees, Legal, and Other Logistics in the region for Hispanics Countries in Latin America.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to support business objectives in Kraft Heinz Hispanics.
- Lead and manage relationships with indirects suppliers, ensuring high performance and compliance with company standards.
- Optimize indirects categories processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Pro-actively work on different price models and market analysis to guarantee the best solution for our business.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and maintenance teams, to align indirects strategies with business goals.
- Support all markets to have the optimum footprint solution in place focusing on service level and cost efficiency with the strategical suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and maintain metrics to track and report on indirects performance and procurement activities.
- Manage business review meetings with strategical suppliers to evaluate the performance-economical topics and continuous improvement agenda.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovation in indirects management.
Required Knowledge & Experience
+3 years of experience in Procurement. Experience focused on MRO is desirable
Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, administration or equivalent
Negotiation skills
Intermediate English
Advanced Excel
Knowledge of SAP Ariba system is a plus
