As Procurement Hub Manager, you'll lead a growing team supporting the delivery of major energy infrastructure projects across Australia. • Lead and develop a team of procurement professionals supporting a portfolio of power and renewable energy projects.

  • Partner with project and contract delivery teams to deliver procurement outcomes that support successful project execution.
  • Identify and deliver commercial value, supply chain efficiencies and innovative sourcing solutions.

  • Ensure strong governance, risk management and compliance with procurement policies and frameworks.

  • Contribute to the ongoing procurement transformation, helping embed new ways of working, systems and processes.

  • Foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture that prioritises collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Highly effective communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on service, safety and performance.
