Our operating model is designed for collaboration, with category experts, cross-functional teams, and strategy & delivery specialists working together to make a global impact.
Over two years, our Global Procurement Graduate Programme will challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally. You’ll have three, stretching 8-month rotations to give you a solid grounding in Procurement management. You’ll explore Direct and Indirect Procurement, taking responsibility for managing spend, stakeholders and strategy across a range of different categories while also getting involved in cross-category projects.
With first-class support and development opportunities, you’ll build essential skills, knowledge, and experience while directly contributing to our commercial goals and ambitions along the way.
Throughout the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Manage projects and prioritise tasks while building strong relationships with stakeholders across various levels and departments within Haleon.

Create category-specific strategies that provide valuable insights and innovative solutions to help the business thrive and drive positive change.

Lead sourcing events (such as Requests for Information, Quotes, and Proposals) and manage negotiations with third-party suppliers.

Collaborate with teams like Finance and Legal to review financial proposals and lead contract negotiations and revisions.

Encourage responsible purchasing practices and effectively manage spend.

Participate in Supplier Relationship Management to ensure top performance and address any risks.

Education Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university. A cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred. Please note, you must have graduated by August 2025.

We welcome applications from all degree disciplines, however degrees in Business, Supply Chain or any Engineering or Science with a strong business focus are particularly advantageous for this graduate programme.
Other Requirements:

Candidate must be able to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Must be eligible to work in the US at the time of, and for the duration of employment. Employees will be required to furnish evidence of US work authorization. Applicant must NOT require future sponsorship for an employment visa status.

The salary for this position will be $75,650 USD.
