Key responsibilities:
Sourcing (RFI/RFQ/RFP), tendering, and supplier selection management.
Enforce the procurement policy and ensure all purchases are fully compliance with the requirement.
Ensures that all Procurement related risks are controlled and mitigated.
Cost and payment term negotiation, contract and supplier performance management.
Analysis of spend categories and market conditions for appropriate application of sourcing strategies
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet key business needs.
Execute activities that drive KPIs including but not limited to cost savings, supplier consolidation, P2P, etc.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor (or higher) degree, preferably from Procurement, Supply Chain, or Engineering background.
Minimum 3 years of experience in General Purchasing & indirect related category.
Experience of working in semiconductor, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred.
Proficient in English and Malay, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of supplier management and sourcing best practices.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments with strong business acumen.
High integrity and commitment to delivering results.
Ability to analyse data and work with financial figures.
SAP knowledge is plus.
